Order Processing (Print-on-Demand)

Pickleball.dog operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model — every item is custom-printed by our US-based printing partner the moment your order is confirmed. Because each item is made specifically for you, orders require 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production on the next business day.

Our printing partners: We work with vetted, US-based print facilities that use premium blanks from brands like Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, and Gildan. Printing is done through Direct-to-Garment (DTG) or sublimation methods for vibrant, long-lasting results.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

• Standard Shipping: $2.99 — Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Canada

• Standard Shipping: $3.99 — Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or weather events.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage to other countries in the near future.

Customs & Duties (Canada)

For orders shipped to Canada, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the Canadian government. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
