What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We also accept exchanges for a different size or color. Please contact support@pickleball.dog to initiate a return or exchange.

How do I choose the right size?

Our products follow standard US sizing. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Are your products printed on demand?

Yes! Each item is custom printed when you place your order. This means every piece is made just for you, ensuring fresh prints and reducing waste.

What printing method do you use?

We use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology, which produces vibrant, long-lasting designs that won't crack or peel.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since our products are made-to-order, we begin production quickly. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada only. We're working on expanding to other countries in the near future.
