Our Return Policy
Pickleball.dog operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model — each item is custom-printed just for you by our US-based printing partner. Despite being custom-made, we still want you to love your purchase! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States and Canada.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- With all original tags still attached
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased at a discounted clearance price
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at support@pickleball.dog with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and your preferred size/color.
- Our team will confirm availability and provide shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the original item back to us. Once received and inspected, we'll ship the replacement item.
Please note: Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@pickleball.dog with your order number and reason for the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost, including free return shipping.
International Returns (Canada)
Canadian customers enjoy the same 30-day return and exchange policy. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in USD.
